Francine Holguin

Francine Holguin, MS, BCBA, initiated her behavior analytic training at Loyola Marymount University while completing undergraduate research in the fields of Psychology and Substance Abuse Counseling. In 2004, Francine began providing services to individuals with autism as a Behavior Technician in the home and school settings, and went on to receive an MS degree from Cal State University, Los Angeles, in Applied Behavior Analysis and Counseling, under the leadership of Michele Wallace and Hank Schlinger. Throughout her career, Francine has held various positions across reputable ABA organizations, including Clinical Director, Staff Trainer, Director of Southern California, and Director of BCBA Strategic Design.

Francine is presently the Executive Director with the PREP Group, and her passions include mentorship, training, and working alongside individuals with profound autism and significant behavior needs. Francine is also very committed to the profession of behavior analysis, and has served on multiple committees across national organizations and presented in greater than 20 professional conferences. Presentation topics include interventions to address severe behavior, parent training, self-injurious behavior, evidence-based staff training, and the implementation of the Registered Behavior Technician Credential (RBT).
